Itinerary
Stop At: Mount Nimba Strict Nature Reserve The famous and far-flung Mount Nimba Strict Nature Reserve is considered to be the most amazing tourist attraction of Guinea. Thanks to its remote location, it has been visited by very few travelers so far; however, it is definitely a heaven for wildlife lovers, hikers, and adventurers, who look for an amazing, but never-seen-before destination. Making it an unequaled place at continental level, the Mount Nimba Strict Nature Reserve UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site is outlined by unusually rich biodiversity and geomorphology in an expanse of 12,500 hectares. Characteristic habitats are forest-savanna ecotones, lowland rainforests, mossy cloud forest, and montane pastures, which harbor a high number of endemic, and endangered species that have become regionally rare or extirpated outside the reserve.
